China has agreed to consider the possibility of relaxing the requirements of the tied loans granted to Belarus. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the statement when answering questions of representatives of labor collectives and Minsk District residents after opening a newly built section of the second Minsk ring road on 6 October, BelTA has learned.

China's technical and economic aid will be used to build 16 public welfare homes in Belarus. The information was revealed after a meeting of representatives of the Belarusian Architecture and Construction Ministry and the relevant agency of the Chinese government, the Ministry's press service told BelTA.

China will supply two permanent-magnet magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to Belarus.
