Belarus is planning to raise a preferential consumer loan in the amount of $51,834,700 for 15 years from the Export-Import Bank (Eximbank) of China for the second phase of the project to upgrade Orsha Linen Mill in 2015-2017. This decision is contained in Resolution No.1104 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 29 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.

The contract to implement a technical and economic assistance project to build a hall of residence with the use of grant aid from China was signed by the Education Ministry of Belarus.
