A delegation of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) will examine the Belarusian system used to educate executive personnel at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the Belarus President on 17-19 October, representatives of the Public Administration Academy told BelTA. Mr Vladimir Kabanov, Director of the B.I.
