Minsk to host session of Belarus-China Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation

MINSK, 24 June (BelTA) – A session of the Belarusian-Chinese Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation will be held in Minsk on 28 June, Andrei Savinykh, Head of the Information Office, Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, told a briefing on 24 June, BelTA has learnt.
The commission is chaired by Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus Zenon Lomat and Vice Commerce Minister of China Gao Hucheng. The Chinese delegation includes representatives of the Commerce Ministry, the China Export-Import Bank, the China Development Bank, a number of Chinese industrial associations and big companies.
The participants of the commission are set to discuss the implementation of the Belarusian-Chinese framework agreements on intensification of credit-investment cooperation, implementation of joint projects.
In Minsk the Chinese delegation is expected to have a meeting with Belarusian Premier Sergei Sidorsky and First Deputy Premier Vladimir Semashko. The delegation will visit a number of Belarusian companies.
