MINSK, February 27 (BelTA) – Belarus will attend the Global China Business Meeting, one of the world’s most prestigious economic events. The 2009 edition of the Global China Business Meeting will be held in Lisbon, BelTA learnt from Yury Seleznev, chief of the press service of the Metolit Techno-Park of the Belarusian National Technology University.

MINSK, February 25 (BelTA) - The technological cluster Metolit of the Belarusian National Technical University and the research and production centre of the Harbin Polytechnic University (China) plan to set up an enterprise for manufacturing equipment for finishing medical products, Metolit Director General Yuri Alekseyev told BelTA.

MINSK, February 25 (BelTA) – The National Council of Distributors of the Belarusian Research and Industrial Association (BRIA) signed a memorandum of cooperation with the organization committee of the China International Auto Parts Expo which will be held in Beijing on September 24-26, 2009, BelTA learnt from the association.

In 2009, Minsk Tractor Works is planning to send 200 tractor sets to be assembled in the Chinese Urumqi City, where there operates assembling manufacturing of Belarusian machinery, BELTA learn at the enterprise. Last year saw 50 tractor sets to be sent to China. On the whole, the Minsk Tractor Works exported nearly 15 thous. of “Belarus” tractors in 2008; the new consumers of the Belarusian agricultural machinery appeared to be Bangladesh, Nepal, India
