China is ready to grant a $5.7 billion loan to Belarus, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov told a governmental session on 28 December.
The Belarusian and Chinese sides have completed the registration of the joint venture which will assemble powered forage harvesters, BelTA learnt from Igor Korotkevich, head of the Gomselmash sales department.

Chinese International Conference on Professional Exchange this year took place in the city of Shenzhen on November, 7-8. Its visitors could study the results of the previous work and plans for 2010 regarding professional exchange between organizations and companies from over 15 countries – USA, Canada, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Israel, Luxemburg, Japan, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) plans to sign a potash supply contract with China by the end of 2009, BPC General Director Vladimir Nikolaenko told reporters.
The transport ministers of Belarus, Lithuania and China will discuss the cooperation in developing the transport network in Europe and Asia in Vilnius on 19 October. During the meeting, the sides intend to sign the trilateral agreement on setting up the overland transport corridor via Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and China, BelTA learnt from Irina Sklepovich, a representative of the communications department of the Lithuanian Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Belarus plans to use Chinese credit resources to buy electrical equipment in 2010, Belarusian Energy Minister Alexander Ozerets told media on 13 October.
12.10.2009Belarus, China to simplify mutual trade
The State Standardization Committee of Belarus and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China have agreed to rule out repeated tests and additional procedures in mutual trade, Chairman of the State Standardization Committee of Belarus Valery Koreshkov told reporters in Minsk on 9 October after the negotiations with the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China.
Belarus, Lithuania and China will sign the memorandum on development of the cooperation in the transit traffic area, Minister of Transport and Communications of Belarus Ivan Shcherbo noted during the opening of the international exhibition Transport and Logistics 2009. The document will be signed within the framework of the forum which will be held in Vilnius on 19 October.
