Chinese Automotive Industry to visit Belarus 29 March – 4 April

A large delegation of
automotive industry managers and experts of People's Republic of
China is to visit Belarus on 29th of March – 4th of April, -
reports OJSC "Chinese automobiles" – the representative office of
an official dealer of Chinese automakers Chery and Great Wall in
Minsk
The delegation consists of key export managers of the larges automobile companies in CIS regions and Europe.
OJSC "Chinese automobiles" explained what imposed Chinese automakers interest in Belarusian market. For the period of 2007 Chinese automobile sales increased almost sevenfold and made up 463 units of light vehicles in total. Chinese automobile take in Belarus has increased to 2.5 % of its entire light vehicles market. The three top leaders on Belarusian market are Great Wall, Jeely, and Hafei.
The Chinese delegation is going to hold meetings at the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Economy, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Taxation, and the Belarusian Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Assessment of the Chinese dealer network is also scheduled in Belarus.
