The delegation of the
Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of
Belarus is pursuing negotiations on concrete production industry
re-equipment in the People’s Republic of China. The information was
presented by Alexander Pankevich, Chief of the Science-Technical
Department of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the
Republic of Belarus, at the press-conference held in Minsk on
September 27.
He pointed out that the question covers the change-over in the process of concrete production at Belarusian enterprises, which presupposes the invention of dry-production method. This process is more efficient. It lets lower the energy intensity by 20-25% and therefore lower the production price. It is planned to build a dry-production line at the plant. Concurrent with the production line reconstruction it is planned to use charcoal instead of gas as fuel.
