Chinese companies will take part in construction of habitation in Minsk

Project on building construction In Minsk will be realized with participation of Chinese capital. It has been told by Chairman of committee of architecture and town-planning of Mingorispolkom Victor Nikitin (main architect of capital) at press conference in the city hall on December, 26th.

Also, he specified that design and building capacities of China will be involved for achievement of this purpose.

“Minsk cannot execute annual problems in escalating of building construction rates by own strength. Therefore we are measured to involve in this sphere foreign investments “, - Victor Nikitin has told.

Now as a place of allocation of apartment houses part of Lebiazhy area is considered. It is supposed, that Chinese companies will construct there nearby 150 000 square metres of habitation. Preliminary documents are already signed and objects designing has begun.

"If this project will prove own efficiency, such practice in capital will be continued", - the main architect of Minsk has told.
