In year 2007 in Postavy region will be established joined Belarusian-Chinese enterprise.

As Director of Private unitary manufacturing enterprise stated to the correspondent of Belta this year in Postavy region on the basis of enterprise will be established joined Belarus-Chinese enterprise for complex household appliances production.

He explained that “Belit” enterprise comprises Open joint-stock company “Gorizont” and joined project is implemented under holding of complex household appliances production. Chinese holding Midea Group will be the partner of the enterprise. It is planned to settle in Postavy production of air-conditioners and electric radiators. According to business plan foreign investor share will subscribe in technologic equipment totaling 750 thousand USD.

Business plan of joined enterprise establishing cover tripling of workplaces. This project will become a part of realization of state program of small towns’ development.

In “Belit” enterprise is mastered manufacture of microwave ovens under the brand of “Horizont”. In the first quarter of this year 12 thousands of goods were released. Rate of increase in comparable prices reached 123% to the similar period of last year. Considering product demand in this year the enterprise is going to increase production value from 54 to 170 thousand pieces.
