Seminar was held under the auspices of:

• ·        Embassy of the  People's Republic of China in the Republic of Belarus
• ·        State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus
• ·        Belarusian State Technical University

The seminar held on a high-level allowed to present a wide range of scientific projects in production of bearings in the Republic of Belarus to the Chinese partners. The representatives of Belarusian universities (BSTU, BelSUT), research assistants of the Research Institute on Physico-Chemical Problems of BSU and scientific institutes of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus (Physics and Technology Institute of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus, Institute of Mechanics and Reliability of Machines of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus) were invited to the seminar.

   The reports made during the seminar were of great interest to the Chinese party. The seminar provided an opportunity for the Belarusian scientists to get information about the projects of other organizations and their discussion.

An agreement between Luoyang Research Institute and the representatives of Belarusian organizations that provides a framework for continuous information exchange on different issues of mutual interest, holding of joint consultations, establishing of scientific, technical, business and financial relations, and promotion of  other forms of cooperation  was signed at the end the seminar.
