The Belarusian-Chinese Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) was created on September 16, 1994 on the basis of the Agreement on trade and economic cooperation signed by the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on January 10, 1992.
